Townsend Road Power warrants our work for 49 days (7 weeks) or thru first use, whichever is longer.
If you are not completely satisfied, we will adjust your machine free of charge within the scope of the original repair.

Note that our warranty is limited to the original repair order only, and does not include any failure due to customer neglect, environmental conditions, or any adjustments made by another service shop, repair facility, or customer-initiated changes. Any and all refunds will be limited to one half the invoice amount, and will be issued in service credits only. Under no circumstanes will this warranty coverage extend longer than six months from the original date of service.
We are not responsible for any direct or incidental damages arising from the use of customer equipment, personal injury, or anything arising from the proper or improper use of machinery. The customer is always advised to read and understand the particular machine Owner's Manual and follow all appropriate rules of safety.
Unpaid balances beyond 6 months are subject to a 20% late payment penalty. Delinquent accounts older than 180 days are sent a formal 'Letter of Demand' before a claim is filed for payment in Ayer District Court.
